Chicago police advised to be on lookout for Sinead O'Connor
An all-call was issued for Chicago police Thursday, urging officers in the city to be on the lookout for Irish singer-songwriter Sinead O'Connor after police in Ireland received a report that she may be suicidal and threatening to jump from a bridge.
