Mayor de Blasio unveils $85 billion budget

NEW YORK (WABC) -- Mayor Bill de Blasio unveiled an $85 billion New York City budget for next year.

It includes money for putting bullet resistant glass in every NYPD patrol car.

The mayor is also proposing a billion dollar plan to improve public housing.
