Many developers not living up to 'open space' agreements in NYC

NEW YORK (WABC) -- There's a dirty little secret involving some of the biggest developers in New York City - including President Donald Trump.

A scathing report shows that private owners of more than half of all public spaces in their New York City buildings have not lived up their agreements.

These developers including President Trump were financially rewarded for agreeing to the public spaces.
