Brooklyn apartment targets polyamorous tenants
Stacey Sager with the report from Bushwick, Brooklyn.

BUSHWICK -- Residents of a three-story Brooklyn building don't worry about catching their lovers in bed with someone else - they expect it.

It's kind of like an artists' commune in Bushwick, they say, except with a little more sharing going on.

"Which means there's a good likelihood people who live here, will have more than one relationship at the same time," said Leon Feingold, a Real Estate broker.

They call themselves "Poly-amorous".

"It could include swingers, but mostly the hallmark of Polyamory is the open and honest communication and anything goes as long as everybody knows and everybody consents," adds Feingold.

Unlike the reality show called "Polyamory" most members of the community known as "Open Love New York" are more private about it member and real estate broker Leon Feingold insisting...

"We actually anticipate very little drama in the house."

It's not like people who live around here are really worried about the noise or loud parties. There is a check cashing place on one side, a warehouse on the other and this pretty much sits under an elevated train.

Not all of the neighbors are on board.

"Really don't know, you got me scratching my head there...mmmm...mmmm...mmmm...what you sayin?? Multiple people at the same time? Wow that's one of them poly things," said one neighbor.

Open Love says it's all legal since these apartments aren't listed. So far, 3 tenants have already moved in.
