NASHVILLE, Tennessee -- A terminally ill man from Pennsylvania with just weeks to live is getting his dying wish, to marry the love of his life.

It's a fairytale come true that was realized in Nashville, but 26-year-old Chris Ford and his family are originally from Warminster, Pa.

He planned to marry the love of his life, Nicole Wismer, in October. But a little more than a week ago, they learned that Christopher's cancer is terminal and he may not make it to his wedding date.

So they moved it up. Their local community in Nashville worked together to make this day happen. From photography to videography, the food to the venue - everything was donated.

Christopher's mom told our sister station, WPVI, the day was magical - surreal even.

She says they saw an outpouring of love, because from their neighbors to strangers on social media they saw the love these two kids - as she affectionately calls them - share.
