According to a recent Instagram post by Cincinnati Bengals defensive tackle Devon Still, doctors gave him and his daughter Leah Still some great news today.

"That moment you get the best news you've ever received and don't know what to do so you just flex!" wrote Devon in the Instagram caption. "We got Leah's MIBG Scans back tonight and the doctors told us they didn't see any active disease in her body!"

This is tremendously good news for the Stills, whose continuing story has been the subject of national headlines for more than nine months.

"We still have to wait for her MRI and bone biopsy results later this week," wrote Devon. "But the doctors feel very optimistic about them because of the results from today. So for now we celebrate!"

Leah was diagnosed with a rare form of cancer in June of last year, prompting Devon to take a hiatus from football early in the season. She had a tumor removed in September and continued to undergo chemotherapy and radiation. The Bengals showed their loyalty to Devon by keeping him on the team to ensure that he would continue to receive the health benefits necessary for Leah's care while on hiatus.

In support of his daughter, Devon shaved his head and has said that he will grow back his hair only when Leah's does.
