New York Mets outfielder Yoenis Cespedes experienced hamstring cramping and isn't expected to start Tuesday, according to manager Terry Collins.

Cespedes played in Monday's 3-2 loss to the Nationals but developed right leg cramps on the attempted sliding catch.

Cespedes went on the DL on April 28 with a strained left hamstring and then took a break of nearly two weeks after he had tightness in his right quadriceps.

Cespedes is hitting .281 with nine homers and 19 RBI.
