We've identified the top all-time quarterbacks for every NFL teamand asked our NFL Nation beat reporters -- and you, the fans -- to help us determine each signal-caller's place in franchise history.

What follows is the final ranking of the top quarterbacks in New York Giants history, both from our NFL Nation reporter and our final fan polling.

NFL Nation ranking:

1. Eli Manning

2. Y.A. Tittle

3. Phil Simms

4. Charlie Conerly

5. Fran Tarkenton

Tittle received consideration for the top spot despite playing just four seasons with the Giants. During that time he made three Pro Bowls and won an MVP. He threw 30-plus touchdowns twice in an era where it was unprecedented. Manning has done it three times in 13 seasons with the Giants in a pass-happy era. But Manning is the top quarterback in Giants history primarily because of his two Super Bowl titles (and MVPs) and longevity. He holds just about every Giants record. Simms and Conerly guided two of the greatest Giants eras, but weren't quite the same level of players as Manning and Tittle. Tarkenton made three Pro Bowls in five years with the Giants, but had just one winning season.-- Jordan Raanan
