NEW YORK (WABC) -- A New York City bus driver is due back in court Monday to answer charges in a deadly hit and run.

Investigators say Paul Roper could be indicted.

He was allegedly driving a B15 bus that hit 70-year old Carol Bell as she crossed a street in Cypress Hills, Brooklyn Nov. 4th.

The scene was captured on surveillance video. Roper is being held on $25,000 bond.

Roper faced a judge for the first time last week.

Police say the 48-year-old driver hit Bell as she crossed the street, killing her, and then took off.
