St. George Terminal reopens to Staten Island Ferry passengers after suspicious package

ST. GEORGE, Staten Island (WABC) -- The St. George Terminal has reopened to Staten Island Ferry passengers after earlier police activity.

The NYPD evacuated the terminal to check out a suspicious package.

The terminal closed just before 6 p.m. and was reopened about 30 minutes later.

An Eyewitness News viewer posted on social media that the terminal was evacuated.
