1 dead, 1 injured in Edison, New Jersey, house fire

EDISON, New Jersey (WABC) -- One person is dead and another injured after a house fire in New Jersey.
The fire started in the basement of a home on Livingtston Avenue in Edison just before 5:20 a.m. Wednesday.
One person was pronounced dead. The other was taken to the hospital in an unknown condition.
The cause of the fire is under investigation.
