Driver killed, passenger injured in motorcycle crash in Queens
It happened in Howard Beach.

HOWARD BEACH, Queens (WABC) -- Police responded to a deadly motorcycle accident in Queens last Sunday.

The motorcycle crashed into a 4 door sedan traveling on Cross Bay Boulevard as it made a left turn at 162nd Street, police said.

Both people were thrown from the motorcycle.

The passenger on the motorcycle, identified as 33-year-old Elvin Veras-Polanco, was killed, police said.

The 28-year-old man driving the motorcycle was listed in critical condition.

The driver of the sedan, a 19-year-old woman, and her two passengers suffered minor injuries.
