Man being questioned in fatal shooting of two brothers on Staten Island

STATEN ISLAND, N.Y. (WABC) -- A 30-year-old man has been taken into custody Thursday in connection with the fatal shooting of two brothers on Staten Island Sunday morning.

The man is being questioned and no charges were immediately filed.

The victims -- 28-year-old Justin Ford and 27-year-old Terrell Ford -- were shot outside a Fix Hills gas station at Targee Street and Vanderbilt Avenue at 3 a.m. Sunday. Both were taken to area hospitals, where they died a short time later.

The shooting stemmed from a prior dispute at a nearby club.

According to police, the brothers had 22 prior arrests between them.

The suspect is a parolee with a multiple prior arrests, including for another homicide in 2005.
