77-year-old woman struck by motorcyclist in Queens; Suspect fled on foot

QUEENS (WABC) -- Police say a pedestrian was struck by a motorcyclist who then ran away from the Queens crash scene on foot Friday morning.

The 77-year-old victim was struck at Parsons Boulevard and Rose Avenue just before 7 a.m.

According to authorities, the motorcyclist then ditched his bike and fled.

The pedestrian was rushed to New York Presbyterian Hospital Queens in critical condition.

Anyone with information is asked to call police.
