Man sought in double shooting of father, son in Brooklyn housing complex

BROWNSVILLE, Brooklyn (WABC) -- Police want to talk to a man in connection with the double fatal shooting of a father and son at a New York City Housing Authority building in Brooklyn.

According to the New York City Police Department, Jarvis Roberts, 34, is wanted in connection with the homicides.

At 10:30 p.m. Friday, police responded to a report of an assault at the Langston Hughes Houses on Sutter Avenue in Brownsville. The shooting was in a hallway on the 14th floor.

They found 25-year-old Dupris Moore, of Brooklyn, who had been shot in the head, and Dupree Dunbar, 47, also of Brooklyn, who had been shot twice in the torso. Dunbar is Moore's father, according to the NYPD.

Both were declared dead at the scene. There have been no arrests and the investigation is ongoing.
