UPPER EAST SIDE, Manhattan (WABC) -- A portion of First Avenue on the Upper East Side is back open for the first time since bricks came raining down onto the street and sidewalk.

Crews worked all weekend to remove the remaining bricks from the building on East 64th Street.

First Avenue between 61st and 64th Streets has been closed since the facade first fell on Monday.

Fortunately, no one was injured.
