Pedestrian hit by city bus in Jamaica in Queens

JAMAICA, Queens (WABC) -- A pedestrian was struck by a city bus in the Jamaica section of Queens on Thursday.

The victim was struck just before 7 a.m. at Queens Boulevard and Jamaica Avenue.

The pedestrian was taken to Jamaica Medical Center with non-life threatening injuries.

The intersection was closed for the investigation.
