NEWARK, New Jersey (WABC) -- With the threat of a strike looming and talks stalled, negotiations between New Jersey Transit and the Rail Workers' unions are now moving to the nation's capital.

Another attempt at negotiations failed Friday.

Union officials have authorized a strike on March 13.

Workers are demanding wage increases and better health coverage.

The transit agency says workers want excessive health benefits that would negate any wage increase.
