Princeton University issues warning after woman sexually assaulted during class reunion weekend

PRINCETON, New Jersey (WABC) -- Princeton University is warning people on campus to be on guard after a woman was sexually assaulted by a stranger.

University officials say the woman was attacked by a man in a dorm on Sunday. She was attending a class reunion weekend.

Authorities are still searching for the suspect.

The Department of Public Safety is advising people on campus to be aware of their surroundings, and to avoid walking alone.

The Mercer County Prosecutor's Office and the university's Department of Public Safety (DPS) are investigating the incident.
