The LIRR said a moving company truck struck a train bridge at 39 Avenue and 50th Street in Woodside, Queens just after 6 p.m.
As a result, some trains out of Penn Station in New York were canceled or delayed at least an hour.
The damage was minimal enough for the trucker to drive away.
But, the railroad decided to shut the bridge down just in case.
Fortunately after an inspection, trains are now moving again and passing along the bridge.
MTA police had restricted access into Penn Station due to crowding conditions resulting from delays, but access has now been restored.

Customers took to social media to sound off about the delays:

Someone send help. Or pizza. Or both.
There's no word on any injuries.
