NEW YORK (WABC) -- It was time for one New York City landlord to face the music.

In this case, the music is a group of angry tenants demanding repairs.

Ved Parkash, dubbed the city's worst landlord by the public advocate's office, met with those tenants Tuesday night.

He agreed to do so to address some of the complaints against him.

The city says Parkash has racked up over 2,300 violations in just 11 of the 43 buildings he owns.
