Man says walking to Walmart helped him lose 300 pounds

One man says his secret weapon for weight loss is going to Walmart.

Pasquale Brocco says he lost hundreds of pounds by walking to his favorite big box store.

When he topped the scales at 605 pounds, he made this deal with himself: Every time he was hungry, he would walk 1 mile to his local Walmart and then back home before eating his meal.

So far, the 31-year-old has lost 300 pounds - and counting.

"You walk to Walmart 3 times a day and you end up walking 6 miles. It was amazing - I had never walked 6 miles in my life," he said.

He also changed his diet and is now going to the gym - something he couldn't even do a year and a half ago.

Pasquale said he was always been nicknamed "Fat Pat" and now he's changed that to "Possible Pat."
