Attempted rape in Bedford-Stuyvesant under investigation

BEDFORD-STUYVESANT, Brooklyn (WABC) -- Police are looking for a man wanted in an attempted rape in Brooklyn.

Around 6 a.m. Aug. 21, the suspect ran past a woman, then turned toward her with a knife and told her to follow him.

The suspect took the victim to an alley between 19 Louis Place and 19A Louis Place where he pulled down her pants, and fondled her breasts and buttocks.

The suspect then took her cell phone and fled.

The individual is described as black, 30 to 40 years old, 5 feet 6 inches to 5 feet 7 inches, 190 pounds, with a mustache. He was last seen wearing blue shorts and a brown shirt.
