Bronx robbery caught on camera
The NYPD released surveillance video of an armed robbery in the Bronx.

WAKEFIELD, Bronx (WABC) -- The NYPD is searching for two men behind an armed robbery in the Bronx that was captured on surveillance video.

The two were seen walking into a convenience store on East 233rd Street in the Wakefield section Friday night and pulling a gun on the clerk.

One of the suspects took the employee's wallet and cellphone, while the other took cash from the cash register.

The suspects then fled in a dark colored vehicle, which was double-parked outside of the location. The employee was not injured.

Individual #1 is described as having a medium build and medium complexion. He was last seen wearing a black mask, a gray hooded sweatshirt and gray sweat pants. He was in possession of a silver firearm.

Individual #2 is described as having a medium build and medium complexion and a beard with black hair. He was last seen wearing dark jacket with white sleeves, a light colored hooded sweatshirt, black pants with white striped on the sides and black shoes.
