Macy's experiencing trouble with credit card processing system
David Novarro has more on the Macy's glitch.

NEW YORK -- It was not just the deals on Black Friday that caused long lines at many Macy's locations nationwide.

A computer glitch made it impossible to process some gift and credit card transactions.

The problem came at the worst possible time - backing up checkout lines in stores and causing outages online.

Macy's Facebook page and social media accounts lit up with complaints. The problem has since been fixed.
