PATERSON, NJ (WABC) -- Georgios Spyropoulos, the former manager and co-owner of New Jersey's Tick Tock Diner, will appear before a judge in Paterson on Friday. The Clifton man faces up to 10 years in prison after pleading guilty to conspiracy to commit murder.

Authorities claim that Spyropoulos intended to hire a hit man to torture and kill his boss, Alexandros Sgourdos. They say Spyropoulos believed Sgourdos was withholding profits arising from the business. Sgourdos is the defendants uncle by marriage.
