UNIONDALE, N.Y. (WABC) -- A Uniondale man has been accused of recording people in the employee restroom.

According to the Nassau County Police Department, Jonathan Parra, 19, of Uniondale, recorded a 20-year-old woman and a 51-year-old man separately in the restroom at a Domino's Pizza on Front Street in Uniondale.

The woman noticed a cell phone sticking out of the pocket of the defendant's jacket, which was hanging on a coat rack. She alerted her manager who called police.

Parra is charged with unlawful surveillance and is scheduled for arraignment Tuesday in Hempstead.
