Woman punches man after he complains about her screaming child on subway

NEW YORK (WABC) -- The NYPD is looking for a woman who allegedly punched a straphanger in the head after he complained about a screaming child.

Police say the woman and child got onto an "A" train in Upper Manhattan Thursday afternoon.

A 65-year-old man asked her to have the child stop screaming, and police say that's when she began cursing and punched him.

She and the child got off the train at 168th Street.

The victim refused medical attention.
