No injuries in Staten Island party hall fire

STATEN ISLAND, N.Y. (WABC) -- A three-alarm fire burned through a Staten Island party hall and local motel.

The fire broke out inside the Midland Motor Inn on Midland Avenue just after 1:15 a.m.

Some residents who lived on the building's upper floors were displaced. It was not immediately clear how many.

No injuries were reported.
