Police say teen tossed out window

BROOKLYN The 17-year-old went out the window of a building on Loring Avenue in the Pink Houses just after 8:15 a.m.

The victim who is said to be from York, Pennsylvania, was still alive and taken to Brookdale Hospital.

He appears to have been thrown out the window, and was duct taped.

The Louis Heaton Pink Houses in Brooklyn consist of 22, eight-story buildings on 31.1-acres with 1,500 apartments housing an estimated 4,011 people.

Completed September 30, 1959, the complex is bordered by Crescent Street, Linden Boulevard, Elderts Lane and Stanley Avenue.
