Deadly fire on the Upper West Side

UPPER WEST SIDE Sixty firefighters battled the blaze, which broke out in a third floor apartment on West 104th Street at Broadway around 5:45 p.m. Wednesday.

Fire officials say one person was found dead on the third floor.

Authorities have identified the victim as 48-year-old Christina Cuardarado.

The cause of the fire is under investigation.
