It happened in South Fallsburg around 10 a.m. Saturday.
Police say a car carrying six people lost control on a turn, side-swiped an SUV going in the opposite direction and hit a tree.
The four people were pronounced dead at the scene.
The other two were seriously injured.
The people in the SUV were not hurt.
There's no word on what caused the accident.
