Kittens spotted on subway tracks, captured and named

NEW YORK

The cats on the tracks when people spotted two kittens on the tracks on the Church Avenue tracks in Brooklyn.

The two cute and cuddly kittens caused two hours of suspensions on the B and Q subway lines while workers searched for them.

The furry felines, one black and the other white with gray stripes, were finally found on the tracks and rescued about seven hours later.

Along with soda cans, tree branches, and overgrown weeds on the tracks, our cameras also found rats which might explained why the cats were in the area.

Riders were not happy with the suspension of service over the feisty felines.

The cats have since been caught and have been named 'August' and 'Arthur' and are resting at a Brooklyn Care Center.

They will be available for adoption in the coming weeks.
