Man rescued after locking himself inside an ATM in Texas

CORPUS CHRISTI, Texas (WABC) -- A Texas man had to be rescued after locking himself inside an ATM.

Police in Corpus Christi say the man was there to fix the door lock, when he accidentally locked himself in.

So to try and get out, he started slipping notes to the customers through the machine.

The note read, "Please help! I'm stuck in here and I don't have my phone. Please call my boss", giving the phone number.

It took about two hours before his boss showed up and was able to set him free.
