Bees swarm outside a home in Staten Island

WESTERLEIGH (WABC) -- The un-bee-lievable warm weather is bringing out the bees on Staten Island.

A swarm of bees has latched onto a flag outside a home in the Westerleigh section.

The homeowners, Felix and Mary, Rodrgiuez, say that the bees started out on a nearby utility pole before moving onto their flag.

A bee keeper is headed there Monday to remove the patriotic pests.
