April 30, 2014 (WABC) -- Enough rain for ya? More than 5 inches of rain in Central Park - and, as my pal Lee Goldberg explained, we went from a deficit in the water supply of more than 2 inches to quite a surplus. All in a day.

The problem is that so many folks in the Tri-State paid a price for doing that. Streets flooded, houses flooded, cars that should not have tried to pass waterlogged streets got stuck. At least one young man died when he swerved to avoid a huge puddled patch of road, spun out and crashed on Long Island.

Tonight at 11, we'l look at some places that are still flooded. But we're digging deeper as well. In some neighborhoods, folks say they've not flooded like this before, and they're blaming - ready? - Superstorm Sandy. They claim that the drains and the drainage system have changed since Sandy, and they worry that all this could happen again. Our Josh Einiger is taking a closer look.

We'll also have any breaking news of the night, plus Lee's AccuWeather forecast, and Rob Powers with the night's sports. I hope you can join Sade Baderinwa and me, tonight at 11.
