Bronx teen dies after being shot in the chest

SOUNDVIEW, Bronx (WABC) -- A teenager has died after being shot in the chest in the Bronx, police say.

18-year-old Robert Williams was shot near 1560 Watson Avenue in Soundview around 5 p.m. Saturday.

The teen was taken to Jacobi Medical Center in critical condition, but was later pronounced dead.

An investigation is underway, and no arrests have been made.
