EAST FLATBUSH -- Police in Brooklyn are trying to find a suspect connected to a series of armed home invasions.
Detectives say he has robbed more than half a dozen people at gunpoint in the last three months.
The crimes began in February, and have taken place at night and in the early morning hours.
The victims have ranged in age from 28 to 68. Police say the suspect uses a gun, threatening his victims to gain entry, and then takes their belongings.
Suspect sketch:
He is described as black, between 20 and 30 years old, and wearing green hooded sweatshirt and a baseball cap.

In one of the latest cases, police say a 68-year old grandmother was home with her grandson, when the suspect crawled through the window with a gun in his hand and a flashlight, telling the victim not to look at him, then told him to give her purse.
She recalled those terrifying moments, saying the suspect told her, "'Give me the money, where's the money at, give me all the money'. I said we don't have any money. He said 'you have money, where's the money?'".
Police released surveillance video of the suspect using an ATM card apparently stolen from one of his victims, shortly after two reported armed robberies in the same neighborhood.
"This is a very unusual crime, a very unusual pattern, located in a small area of Brooklyn in a low-crime area," said NYPD Chief of Detectives Robert Boyce. "So we'll have a lot of resources out there today seeing if we can bring this guy in."
