Group of vandals wanted in Brooklyn anti-Semitic graffiti
MANHATTAN BEACH (WABC) -- Police are searching for a group of hooded vandals responsible for a hateful graffiti attack in Brooklyn.
Now, they're releasing surveillance video they hope will lead to arrests.
The incident happened around 3 a.m. Saturday in Manhattan Beach.
Authorities say the group spray-painted anti-Semitic markings on cars, trees and walls along Exeter Street. Swastikas were found on a tree and lamp post, and more graffiti was found on a nearby construction site.
The homeowner is a physics teacher at PS 321 in Park Slope.
The NYPD is looking for five young men, likely neighborhood youths, in the incident.
It was the second Jewish neighborhood to be hit within 48 hours, though this incident is not believed to be linked to the other bias vandalism in in Borough Park Brooklyn from over the weekend.
The NYPD Hate Crimes unit is going through area surveillance cameras to identify them.
