Video shows arsonist smash door of Brooklyn business, start fire

BROOKLYN (WABC) -- Police are looking for a suspect wanted in connection with two commercial arsons in Brooklyn, and they're hoping surveillance video will lead to arrest.

The incidents happened at Boro Park Obstetrics and Gynecology on Newkirk Avenue.

In both instances, the suspect broke the front door before throwing an incendiary device.

Authorities say he used a fire hydrant cap to break the door just before 2 a.m. on May 17, then used a sledgehammer around 4 a.m. on May 22.

The suspect is described as a man in his 40s standing about 5-foot-10.
