Child falls out of second-story window in Jamaica, Queens

JAMAICA (WABC) -- A child fell out of a second floor window in Queens.

It happened around 5:30 p.m. at 167th Street and Highland Avenue in the Jamaica section.

The child is expected to survive. Neighbors say that the injured child is a boy, but did not know his age.

The FDNY remains on scene and police were seen going around to the back of the home to investigate where the child fell.
