How to Make Cold-Brewed Coffee
Ingredients
12oz. coffee, ground medium-coarse
3/4gal. (12 cups) filtered water
Directions
Place ground coffee in a fine-mesh filter bag (nut-milk bags work well here).
Place filter bag in a 1-gallon pitcher, and cover with filtered water.
Cover the pitcher, place it in the refrigerator, and allow to steep for 12 hours.
When done steeping, remove the bag and discard the spent grounds.
To serve, combine with an equal proportion of cold, filtered water, in a glass, over ice.
