CROWN HEIGHTS, Brooklyn (WABC) -- Police in Brooklyn are searching for a suspect in a triple shooting.

The three people were shot at Union Street and Nostrand Avenue in Crown Heights just after 7:30 p.m. Friday.

"There was a scuffle outside that had nothing to do with the business at all, and the guy ran inside to save his life," said David Spence, an eyewitness.

Safe shelter was inside of the Brooklyn Wing House Friday night, when bullets started flying.

"It happened that he ran to the kitchen and I believe the shooter followed him and ran to the back alleyway and onto the roof," Spence said.

"One of the workers who works in the wing place came running inside the store and he was shot," said Ernie Buono, an eyewitness.

Detectives worked well into the evening to sort out the details of what led to the shooting that injured three people.

"He was shot in his right leg, in his right leg, we wrapped a belt around it, gave him water, tried to calm him down," Buono said.

"The ambulance door was open and I heard him say that he thought he was shot twice," said Herman Robinson, an eyewitness.

Eyewitness News obtained a photo of one of the victims.

An 18-year-old was shot in the leg, a 28-year-old was shot in the back and leg and a 33-year-old man was shot in the neck.

"There was a man sitting there on the wall, sitting there, two shots, with two gunshot wounds," Robinson said.

All of the victims were taken to Kings County Hospital with non-life threatening injuries.

It's not yet known what led to the shooting. A police investigation is underway.
