Firefighters said there were people inside the home at the time, but none of them were harmed.

STAMFORD, Connecticut (WABC) -- A home in Connecticut partially collapsed after an apparent explosion, the Stamford Fire Department said Saturday.

It happened on Woodbine Road in Stamford just before 7:30 a.m.

Firefighters said there were people inside the home at the time, but none of them were harmed.

The cause of the explosion is being investigated.
