A 13-year-old boy could be charged as an adult after he drove a car with his 8-year-old sister in the passenger seat.
Deputies in Michigan say the boy was driving his dad's girlfriend's car Saturday night.
Apparently, the 13-year-old and his sister took the car after everyone went to bed.
Police tried to pull him over because he was driving erratically.
Eventually the boy lost control and spun out.
The two kids started to run away, but were caught by police.
