FDR Drive reopens after East Harlem police shooting

FDR Drive remains closed during police shooting investigation

Traffic updates as the fatal shooting of NYPD officer Randolph Holder continues:



--The FDR Drive had reopened in both directions between 96th Street and the RFK bridge. (Officer was shot on footbridge over FDR at 120th Street)



-- Ramps reopened north to 49th Street and north to 63rd Street.



-- Ramps to and from Manhattan on the RFK Triborough Bridge closed (the Bronx is accessible from Queens on the RFK).



-- Willis Avenue Bridge closed from Manhattan to the Bronx
