CANARSIE, Brooklyn (WABC) -- Friends and family are gathering Sunday to say goodbye to the college student killed in a possible hazing incident.

A vigil was held earlier this month in Canarsie, Brooklyn for Bradley Doyley outside his family's home.

The 21-year-old died last month in what police say may have been a hazing incident at a fraternity at Buffalo State University.

The candlelight vigil began at Doyley's home on 81st Street between Farragut and Glenwood roads. The group marched to Bildersee Park for a balloon release in Doyley's honor. Doyley grew up in Brooklyn and a family representative said he was a positive influence in his neighborhood.

The former Buffalo State basketball player died in a possible fraternity hazing incident.

His family is still awaiting the results of toxicology tests.
