BERGENFIELD, New Jersey (WABC) -- Schools in New Jersey have been given the all clear after a series of bomb threats Friday morning.

The schools that received threats included Hackensack, Teaneck, Mahwah, Bergenfield and Waldwick.

The Bergenfield Police Department tweeted Friday saying students were being moved to a safe location.

Students in Bergenfield were moved to a safe location for the time being, but were later returned to the school.

Mahwah Police Chief James Batelli said Friday that schools there were going off of a modified lockdown schedule, and will resume classes.
