PATERSON, New Jersey (WABC) -- For a third time this school year, a sleeping student has been left behind on a school bus in Paterson, New Jersey.
This time it was a kindergarten student.
The school district is calling this "inexcusable" and the bus company has been fined.
But, how can the district prevent this from happening again?
