NEW YORK (WABC) -- Notorious Mexican drug kingpin Joaquin "El Chapo" Guzman appeared in front of a federal judge again Thursday in Brooklyn.
It was for a hearing ahead of his trial in September.
In a controversial move, a judge ruled jurors will be anonymous and partly sequestered.
The federal judge says it's to protect the privacy of the jurors because of Guzman's history of violence.
